Before you ship
- Confirm proof approval and check the finished piece.
- Review the customer’s delivery address.
- Measure the packed box and weigh the full shipment.
- Shopify: select the existing imported order in Pirate Ship. Etsy/direct: upload the address CSV prepared here.
- Purchase and print the label in Pirate Ship; confirm tracking and fulfillment in Shopify.
- Record tracking here, then move the order to Shipped.
Buying a label and marking an order shipped here are separate actions. This dashboard never purchases postage or updates Shopify.
Package presets
Use the outside dimensions and total packed weight. Select a preset in the shipping handoff to include its dimensions and packed weight in the address file.

Included USPS Priority shipping: free, shown as 3–5 business days. Express upgrade: $35, shown as 1–2 business days. Confirm these reflect transit time and explain production time separately.

HSH website: read-only import. Sync preserves assignments, approvals, target dates and your production notes. Shopify changes are stored with each imported order. Recent orders sync when this desk is open; saved records stay available across years. Etsy orders use the same shared assignment and production board. Both connections read orders only; production changes in this desk do not change either store.
Shopify history is normally limited to the last 60 days until older-order access is approved. This is not a complete annual tax report yet.

Keep a backup
Records are stored in the HSH online database and shared across signed-in devices. Export a backup whenever needed.
Restoring asks you to confirm before replacing the shared records. Store backups privately if they contain customer details.
